Great news from right here at King Place, where developer/philanthropist Peter Millican has sold the freehold, previously co-owned with the banking consortium which financed the development, to a German property fund controlled by Deka. Here's the key paragraph:

"Kings Place was created by the developer and philanthropist Peter Millican, who has gifted a 99 year lease over the music facilities to the Kings Place Music Foundation at a peppercorn rent. Peter Millican will continue as CEO of the music charity."
