SOLD OUT
Sonny Rollins and Melody Gardot at the Barbican (both part of the EFG International Excellence Series) are completely sold out. However, you can still book for a Sonny Rollins world premiere: on Sat 10 Nov our Feast of Jazz Film at the Queen Elizabeth Hall includes Dick Fontaine’s film Sonny Rollins: Beyond The Notes as part of an amazing film programme which also premieres Michael Radford’s Michel Petrucciani and Mike Dibb’s Barbara Thompson: Playing Against Time – plus more surprises and special events. Rodriguez has sold out his Royal Festival Hall concert and two Roundhouse shows, but a few tickets are still available for his third Roundhouse concert on Wed 14 Nov and his dates outside London - click here for details.

Lucinda Williams – she takes over the Royal Festival Hall for the first weekend; Saturday is almost sold out but more good seats are available for the Sunday 
John McLaughlin & The 4th Dimension – they bring their pioneering electric jazz to the festival
Herbie Hancock – his very first London solo concert 
Snarky Puppy –  at the heart of Shoreditch with guest Hyperpotamus
Bill Frisell – he plays live in front of Bill Morrison’s film The Great Flood
Jan Garbarek Group – with Trilok Gurtu
Carminho – Portugal’s brightest new star brings together traditional fado music and her own lyrics
Natalie Duncan – she did a beautiful performance on Later with Jools Holland last week, which you can watch again here until midnight tonight
Brad Mehldau Trio – featuring Jeff Ballard and Larry Grenadier
Kurt Elling – he celebrates the art of jazz singing with another consummately talented vocalist, Sheila Jordan
Esperanza Spalding: Radio Music Society (part of the EFG International Excellence Series)
Woodkid – he kicked off his tour at Le Grand Rex in Paris last week and comes to the festival for his only UK show this year 
Paco de Lucia – the grand master of flamenco
Chick Corea – he brings two of his most respected jazz contemporaries to the festival, bassist Christian McBride and drummer Brian Blade
Macy Gray – she joins David Murray’s roaring big band in a blues-and-soul drenched set of covers from Metallica to Willie Dixon and Kanye West
